- ADVERTISING (PROBATIONARY

Probationary members can advertise their
membership to the guild in short term media only. Short term, meaning
"circulation not exceeding 30 days" (i.e. local newspaper). Advertising
in long term media (i.e. Yellow Pages) is not permitted until committee
has notified the probationary member of successful upgrade to Full
Member. If Probationary Membership is due to lapse during the closing
date of advertising and distribution the member may individually apply
to the committee to have advertising rights reviewed.
- ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS

attend all compulsory meetings. An apology (or proxy if required) must
be forwarded to the secretary prior to meetings if unable to attend.
This by-law does not apply to those members disadvantaged by distance
except where proxies are required. The committee reserves the right to
issue fines for non-compliance to the above. Multiple offenders will
have their membership reviewed.

- MEMBERSHIP – DISSOLVING PARTIES
INVOLVED
Full membership is deemed to be held jointly by

responsibility and control of the business then the membership is
automatically voided.
The committee may consider previous
membership in any new application. |
